Metro-Dade Transit's rules and regs prohibit only commercial photography, which Miller and his friend were NOT engaging in, to say nothing of the First Amendment. I'd be pretty pissed myself if a bunch of unelected security guards tried to make up the law on the spot.I do admit to being a bit surprised by the guards' behavior with Mr. Miller--again, I participated in a Miami Sizzle photo shoot on the system--unquestionably a commercial activity, but all the security people did was watch us... |
