Well, it is MDT's responsibility to have the security firm's people attend a course or training session to where they are all informed, in great detail, that photography is legal and to decipher between what a hobbyist is and what someone who is looking to do harmful things. A hobbyist has nothing to hide, whereas someone looking to commit harmful actions and intentions would not try to make themselves and their actions detectable and known. |
