You are not understanding anything.

You have this fettish about closing HPA to allegedly save money, then want to waste money running empty trains to LIC.

Re-opening closed station costs $10M each to construct, and you have again blown the economy of shutting HPA for as many times over as you have resurrected dead stations.

If you proposed this at a LIRR-CC or an MTA Board meeting, they'd laugh you out of the room.
