LIRR type service will never get passenger counts. It would have to be suvway or light rail....and yes...more stations than the old LIRR service.... But...then we have FRA regulations and 100% of Queens Brooklyn and Nassau/Suffolk freight running through Fresh Pond to Jamaica.
