Those injuries would ot be sustained by falling to the ground. It takes more pressure in a concentrated area to fracture cartilage, Falling to the ground would not create the pressure necessary to fracture.. Once he was on the ground, his size worked against him and accelerated the problem. Face facts, the chokehold is the cause of death. Stop trying to save bad cops, it makes YOU look like one of them. America does NOT need crazy people with guns.
