Who said anything about it being a majority, Streetie? And why should it be? Salaam said it was an all-white jury. He was wrong. If you want a jury reflecting the racial composition of St. Louis, then since St. Louis County is 70% white, 23% black, a jury that's 25% black closely matches the composition.

The only location to hold a trial in St. Louis County is the courtrooms in Clayton, the St. Louis County seat. Everyone who has a drivers license in MO or is on voter registration rolls is subject to jury duty. Some counties use personal property tax rolls. The are no all white areas in St. Louis where a trial is held, Salaam.

You are becoming increasingly desperate in your posts, Salaam. They are becoming more and more irrational.

That's a motion that will be denied if it's even made, so you don't have to worry about that. If indicted or if federal charges are filed, Wilson will get a fair trial in St. Louis County.
