Who said anything about it being a majority, Streetie? And why should it be? Salaam said it was an all-white jury. He was wrong. If you want a jury reflecting the racial composition of St. Louis, then since St. Louis County is 70% white, 23% black, a jury that's 25% black closely matches the composition. |
