The article notes that Harvard itself cannot find any information in its records to support the INS' claims. Also, this article deals woith Obama's father, who died when Obama was himself still a college student. If they are trying to cast doubt on the legitimacy of President Obama's birth, no dice. Even if Obama's mother wasn't legally married to his father, it has no bearing on Obama's actual citizenship, for reasons set out in the law I quoted in the "long-form" thread. Not sure why this 2009 story is being planted in the media now. |
