It's legal to evict, or refuse to rent or sell housing to gays or lesbians in 31 states.It should be legal to rent or sell your house to whoever you want to IMO. As far as evicting someone I would assume that a contract would be involved and that there would be some legal recourse. That doesn't sound correct at all. And I think that this housing stuff is BS anyway as I think that gays are generally considered desirable tenants. If you want to see discrimination look at single black women with male kids. |
