As I say to potential clients: anyone can bring a lawsuit, but prevailing is another matter.

Personally I don't see any basis for the claims, but I do not know the specifics of Florida law which might be more permissive than elsewhere. That being said, I disagree with the classification of Zimmerman as a child killer.
