I despise DeFaustio and have voted against him 4 times. But somehow only Republicans get credit for reductions in crime.

Murder started its turnaround under Dinkins but right wingers say it's all Giuliani's doing. And now it's going down under DeB because he continues to implement the policies of his predecessors, and he gets no credit.

Incredible hypocrisy.
