In fact, he is so hostile towards the police that the long-term detectives and supervisors in the executive protection unit that were in Gracie Mansion and City Hall transferred out because of his condescending attitude. Then of course him and his wife and picked all the replacements. And a PVC fence was put up in Gracie Mansion so the popperazzi couldn't take pictures of his wife smoking weed in the yard |
