Los Angeles the homeless were just like the NYC ones or Philly ones, asking for change but not being pushy about it. The San Fran ones make you fear for your safety, and give off the vibe that they're somehow entitled to your cash. I also noticed that the SF ones are predominantly non-hispanic white, I wonder if anyone's told them to just use their "privilege card" and get a fucking job. |
