Actually, it really started under Koch. Many of the policies he put out there (he was mayor at a horrible point in NYC history), began to fruit during Dinkins, but skyrocketed under Guiliani.And Koch was a Democrat. (so put your leftist crap and stuff it). And truthfully, so was Bloomberg, he was a lifelong Democrat who changed to Republican to win, on the coattails of Guiliani. As for Dinkins. I have no problem with him at all. He wasn't a bad mayor, he simply wasn't a "great" mayor. He did no harm, unlike the current rat. |
