Unfortunately there are seeing a 10 to 15 percent drop in membership each year as older members die off. New members are needed.That is a disturbing fact of life. At the E.R.A. meeting, I see mostly the same members for were younger years ago who have aged. Not much new young blood for members at be seen. There may be some new young member who don't attend the meetings. Does this younger generation hold any interest in joining these organizations ? Sad, but true. Bill Newkirk |
