Younger folks have more on their plates than we did. I joined ERA, MBS and other groups in the early-mid 60's too. We weren't afraid to plunk down a membership fee for things we considered worthwhile.Change is here and the challenges are quite overwhelming. MBS can't hold meetings like ERA does but exposure to the organization is a sure way to drum up members. Exposure to the magazine would be a plus, although from what I have gathered, there's a small percentage of young folks interested in anything older than an RTS or, at best, a fishbowl. |
