If so, it obviously would have been a coincidence. It takes much longer than 3 weeks for such a change to occur.But it isn't true. The Manhattan crosstown routes weren't renumbered in 1984. As David points out, that happened half a decade later. So that means it was not a coincidence. It was a factual error. |
