I never claimed otherwise. My point is that you can't definitively say it was YOUR idea that triggered the change especially since it's very likely that many other people had the same idea, particularly in light of the fact that you said the M14 was renumbered many years before.I never said it wasn't a good idea and I never said it needed to originate from within the organization. Again, I'm disputing your claim that it was definitively your idea that triggered the change. That's preposterous. It may have been the case but it's not a certainty like you claim. |
