Block 602 is always going to have an Orion, I think that's your best bet of getting an Orion ALL day long. The Phase 2 plan is still being developed it was supposed to be released in May but as you can see major delays so they released the NX Restructuring first. Word of mouth, not reliable but I was told extend the 70 back to RPI with increased frequency and cut the 90 back to Lathem Farms like the old 17. CDTA's problem as they keep saying for the past 5 years they've been getting requests for 7 day service on the 70/90 but they strongly feel ridership won't be enough, they feel all the ridership is gonna be on EITHER Saturday or Sunday not BOTH, that's why they haven't added it yet. The Express Bus Study shows the 19/21 will be combined into the 719, the Western Ave portion of the 21 will be replaced by the 63 (new 763) once it hits Crossgates jump on the highway like the 21 to Albany no more Madison Ave portion of the 63. The 10 might be extended to 20 Mall at all times to replace Shuttle service with new routing just the like 12 did being extended to Walmart. |
