The only thing is the "State Workers" want to have all service go to ESP after 7 and not Greyhound.For state workers working late, there's "second shift" employees but during certain times of the year (ie: Legislature in session), the usually-9-to-5 folk might be detained until past midnight. And while it's true that the majority are state workers, cutting out the ESP part of the 22 also cuts out those who board at Washington & Swan, which are the office workers from "the rest" of downtown Albany. When the turnaround moves to Greyhound half of the business district loses [direct] service. |
