Ok, given that I would side w/SEPTA. It should be a convertible cab like MNR & LIRR has. The engineer's should have a full cab IMHO. But, when a cab is not in use it should be a 1/2 cab just like MNR & LIRR. Then the train loses only 2 seats per train no big deal.
