If you would have sought employee imput on the cab issue, they would have suggested that there be television sets, coffee pots, tables for them to eat, wi fi hook-ups, computers and stereo speakers in the full-width cabs.Wow, you really have a low opinion of these employees. Of course there are the idiots out there, but asking for ideas from veterans employees who actually care about their job, take it seriously and do their best each day, isn't a bad idea. If there are no employees like this, then SEPTA really needs to re-evaluate how it hires people for various positions. |
