I thought you were talking about the lower Montauk.

Not for the SE Queens expansion, no.

However, in another post, I did propose the following:

NYCT takeover of a segment of the LIRR Montauk Line roughly between 121 St and the NYCT Myrtle Av Branch ROW; and

NYCT takeover of the LIRR Atlantic Line west of Jamaica; and

Elimination of the present NYCT el between Broadway Jct and 121 St.
