That statement is simply showing what LIRR is doing CURRENTLY. Guess what, it's even more hectic on the mainline! So if I had posted mainline headways as they currently are am I all of a sudden claiming that LIRR can run rapid service everywhere? No! Am I suggesting that they should? NO! |
