My question would be: how did the DOT handle things during the previous "Canyon of Heroes" parades? Didn't these things start in 1961? So, let me see...since then they won the World Series in 1961, 1962, 1977, 1978, 1996, 1998, 1999, and 2000.

Yeah, I guess those weren't enough times to figure things out.
