Where Should Railfans Go On Vacation? |

Posted by AEM-7AC #901 on Fri Jul 3 17:50:50 2009 I previously had plans to go visit Germany in a week long vacation, but sadly, due to the passing of my father, I had to cancel those plans. At some point during the summer, I'd like to go somewhere, but for a brief (and inexpensive) weekend visit (leave Friday morning, return Sunday night) to a city with something resembling a mass transit system, and an urban area worth exploring and possibly photographing.Thus, given the constraints, does anybody have a good idea of where I could go within the US and Canada that could reasonably distract me? |
