Given your time constraints, either Boston or Montreal.Boston is one of those places that seems to fill the "day trip" role for me since it's only 4 hrs away on Regional. Plus, I'd hold off for there until the fall since the Green Line looks better with foliage. So, Montreal seems to be a reasonable idea, especially since I have family up there (and in neighbouring Ottawa), and it has a subway system that I haven't touched yet. |
