What cars had the problem? R46, R68 or R211? And what exactly happened?

Zac, as usual, the announcements are of little use to us railfans. I really don't know any details. If you were experiencing the problem over an hour before 10, it must have been something serious. Were there announcements advising going to Coney Island to use N or D service? As a very knowledgeable rider, were you considering alternative ways to get in the city? Go to Church & Nostrand for 2 service or Church & McDonald for the F?

Once we got moving north of Ave U, I was thinking over going for the IRT at Bwy-Lafayette or going to 86th with the B and taking the crosstown bus to the East Side.
