I got on a train at Cortelyou at about 8:50 and it went to Church Ave and then held. A B also pulled in and held. After about 10-15 minutes they finally tell us that we're not going anywhere for a while. That's an hour before your experience.

What cars had the problem? R46, R68 or R211? And what exactly happened?
