They were advising taking the B35 bus to Nostrand or McDonald or taking the B41 to Empire Blvd or GAP. I opted to take the B16 to Empire but there wasn't one coming so I walked towards Flatbush, but a B16 was on Ocean Ave so I ran to catch it but didn't make it. I took the B41 to GAP and continued my trip on the 2/3. I was a half hour late to my PT session, but the workout I got running there made up for it.Yeah, it sounds like a good workout. My own mental and emotional workout was trying. Ok, so I'll go to CI and then go into the city from there. But wait the train won't go past Brighton and then a shuttle bus. Damn, that sucks. Fortunately I was curious to see how this would play out, so I was able to "enjoy" the experience and think about posting it here, not that too many people would be interested. Did they issue block tickets for anyone who knew what they were? Still wonder what happened at Dekalb that tied things up for a couple hours? |
