Fact is if things happen infrequently and if you do not do refresher training, forgetting the basics is bound to occur. That's why track safety training is done as often as it is. (BTW: In 3 years as an RCI, I never had to plug an EBV of an EVV. A well swund brake handle often provided the needed adjustment.) |
