It only made the cars darker after the MTA stopped using translucent plastic ads and replaced them with paper ads which were never intended for back lit ads. They thought it was too expensive to make both type of ads.The back lit as looked much better than the other ads when the translucents were used. They look awful and make the cars too dark as you say, with the paper ads. Another bad MTA decision. |
