I doubt that there was any service operated between the upper level of W 4 St and anyplace on the Houston St Line since there are no switches on the upper level for turning trains in either direction nor are there any spaces in the station area where they could have existed at any time. Couple that with the track arrangement that only allows for the lcl tks at W 4 to access Houston St and the likelihood of such a service having operated is small to none. |
