I think this is a misunderstanding. If, as the signage in the picture showing LaGuardia is accurate it was an E coming in from Queens Blvd but switching to the 8th Ave local tracks after leaving 7th Ave SB. Thence via W4th upper lcl side of platform switching to Houston St...Does this compute? |
