I have a series of track maps of the IND from the 1930s that show the wash Hts and Concourse Lines from their north terminals to as far as at least Hudson Terminal and it shows the temporary tower at W 4 St as being on the upper level immediately south of the station in the space between the S/B lcl and exp tks. |
