When a railroad keeps changing its paint scheme (blowing money on new designs for it that could be used for other things), something is wrong.

And they really, really need to drop that stupid name "Acela" once and for all. Bad enough the "Regionals" used to be called "Acela Regional". (And of course, there were the lamented Clockers that never got to become "Acela Commuter".)
