Since Mr Rockefeller has not been accused of causing accident other than having a medical condition, It is surprizing to see Media's reaction, by federal rules he is entitled to disability pension.
which will not be much.
Meanwhile crooks like Sheldon Silver and Skelos get their state pension despite being convicted of crimes.
