There are 6 tracks from the Port Wash Branch junction to CP Harold, and there is room for 6 from Rego Park to the Port Wash Branch junction. Restore the RBB loop with the Far Rockaway, max out the Atlantic Ave Branch with through trains, and the existing ROW should provide pretty awesome capacity.
