City zone LIRR stations should be seeing 20 min headways 5:30a-11:30p and 30 min headways overnight with full time city ticket (or express bus fare) and a free transfer to NYCT. The question is whether or not the capacity at NYP and GCT exists to do that (as I've mentioned before, it's possible a large chunk of this is simply a reworking of the schedule rather than it all being additional trains running) |
