The "Arrow VI" (as you put it) is going nowhere as the NJT Board keeps putting of the decision to get MLV power cars. Such a car would have no high-level inner doors, no seats in the lower level, and run sandwiched between 2 regular MLV cars as triplets.

Until then, 160 Arrow-III remain in service.
