Everything has been on the down low because of the hostility some SEPTA officials have towards preservation efforts and nobody wants to either queer a deal or over promise. Regarding Reading Technical the storage location has been identified as their facility in Reading. I don't know if they will own the car or even provide any of the funding to acquire it. |
