It's been reported there by multiple people that 9001 was bought by some Reading group.

Oh, NOW it is "some Reading group". Why not post a link to the thread "reporting" this so we can follow along?

You would think RCT&HS would be soliciting donations if they got a 69K tab coming. Curiously nothing in the monthly newsletter has appeared nor does anything on the website .
Unless there is some mysterious doner doing this it ain't happening.
