Also, the McDonalds in Phillipsburg, N.J. sold the Shamrock Shake as well.

Sure. You'll find Shamrock Shake over the world, minus NY. Can you imagine the outrage in NY if McDonald's had a sign like that in Queens? LOL. Never! The same people who complained that the chiahuahua in Taco Bell ads was racially insensitive would complain to McDonald's for not having a shake for everyone else's holiday. And that's the truth about NY whether the people on this board like it or not.

I often begin work early. For example, if I have a meeting, it could sometimes be at 8:00 in the morning. To beat rush hour traffic, I often leave my house by 5:30, eat breakfast somewhere, and am done with my meeting by 10:00. I am often then ready for lunch before I drive back to Suffolk. So yes, I often eat lunch at 10:30 or so.

Having coffee all day is different than having eggs and bacon all day.

Besides, much of the equipment they use for breakfast at a place like McD is needed for their regular food after that. That's also the real reason they don't start serving Big Macs at 10:00, as they need that equipment for the breakfast stuff.

McDonalds needs to get rid of the McMuffin's and get something that tastes better, if anything. McDonalds breakfast is average at best. Some of it is disgusting. In California Jack In the Box and I think Carl's, both serve burgers 24 hours. Lots of people order burgers in the morning. IINM both of them have a breakfast burger with eggs and a burger.

Since those are pretty much prefabricated food, you could probably get away with it with some re-tooling of the line (also possible that it's not feasible as demand might not be there). The reason diners would traditionally stop serving breakfast at 11 was so they could turn the grills up to higher temps to cook burgers for lunch.

Instead of talking to us about it Luch,
why don't you ask a manager at your local McDonald's?

Sooner or later this thread will go downhill.
But the manager will give you a definate answer about Egg McMuffins all day.

Burger King sells bacon or sausage, egg and cheese on a biscuit or muffin during breakfast. If it's better than a Egg McMuffin, that's open to debate.
