Since those are pretty much prefabricated food, you could probably get away with it with some re-tooling of the line (also possible that it's not feasible as demand might not be there). The reason diners would traditionally stop serving breakfast at 11 was so they could turn the grills up to higher temps to cook burgers for lunch.your pal, Fred |
