The general rule in this country is that doctors may prescribe any drug on the market for any condition they believe it will help. How can a state governor take it on himself to override that? There is at least one case where a patient treated with hydroxychloroquine (intravenously) made a dramatic recovery from Covid-19. But there are studies which seem to indicate it has no effect. I don't know the details. Maybe they involved taking it orally? |

Maybe one can make an argument that congregating in a park does not fall under the right to assemble, since the people "assembling" have nothing to do with each other. But someone will surely argue that you can't break up a 100-guest wedding. |
