We have freedom of assembly, freedom to worship as we wish, freedom to go out & about as we wish as guaranteed by the constitution. Restrictions on gatherings cannot be enforced on a federal level unless a threat of civil disobedience is obvious. Social distancing, while the right thing to do these days, would probably not survive a court challenge, if anyone was arrested on violating social distancing "suggestions" |
