It's common for the MD to check in during the surgery but to be there for the entire surgery? Think about it - that makes no sense. They'd need many more anesthesiologists and would have no need for CRNA's because the anesthesiologist doesn't need supervision. What are the 5 local hospitals in your area? |

The Army would have needed to file a terrorism charge in another federal court. They chose not to. Even had the Hasan case been filed in another federal court, the word "terrorism" has several legal meanings apart from its general usage, and it's the narrower legal standards that count in court. You keep overlooking that fact. The same principal applies in the Colorado PP case. |

Sounds like you don't know how insurance is billed either. Insurance pays a bill for anesthesia, a bill for drugs, a bill for a surgeon, a bill for whatever doctor preformed a procedure, a bill for an OR or procedure room package. They don't pay for who is, or in your case, isn't there. |
