Most insurance plans and Medicare only pay for one. Are the hospitals wasting the cost of the second?And two is not necessarily better than one. Have you read any studies that prove otherwise? Sounds like some CRNA in your hospitals committed malpractice and this is how the hospital is trying to prevent it from happening again. |
