There are plenty of Highways in NYC that can have a 65MPH speed limit being that the speed of traffic is 70MPH anyway.Just because traffic is going 70 doesn't mean it's safe to do so. With the possible exception of the Clearview, I doubt any highway in NYC has a 70 mph design speed. |
