Absoulutely true. While obviously there are mostly pennies. ALL denominations of coins spend time in jars unused. Most people dont want to use change...and even a huge percentage of dollar coins do and will do the same thing till cashed in for paper.....much more dollar coins would sit idle in jars than dollar bills sit uncirculated.
